VG STUDIO

Privacy notice

Updated 4 October 2026. This notice describes how information submitted through this website is handled.

What the form collects

Your name, email, optional company, project description, reference link, budget range, timing, intended use and consent confirmation are saved with your brief. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information.

Why it is used

VG Studio uses these details to review your request, contact you, prepare a quote and manage your project. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing or initiate a payment.

Storage and access

Briefs are stored in the website’s database and are accessible through the studio owner’s protected inbox. Hosting and infrastructure providers process data to operate the website; their infrastructure may be outside your country. When enabled, Telegram receives a notification containing the brief reference, service, budget range and requested timing. Names, email addresses, reference links and project descriptions are not included. Telegram processes these notifications under its own privacy terms. Reference files remain with the file-sharing provider you choose until separately accessed for your project.

Cookies and technical data

Google Ads measurement is optional. The Google tag loads only after you select “Allow measurement”. It can use advertising cookies and technical data, including an ad click identifier, page information and a non-identifying submission reference, to measure successful project requests. Brief contents, names and email addresses are not sent through our conversion event. Personalized advertising and enhanced conversions are disabled. Google processes measurement data under its own privacy policy, potentially outside your country. Rejecting optional cookies does not affect the form. You can withdraw consent using “Cookie settings” in the footer; withdrawal refreshes the page. Your choice is stored locally for up to 180 days. An optional animation preference is also stored in your browser. Hosting infrastructure may use necessary security or sign-in cookies and technical logs. A hashed network identifier is used temporarily to limit spam submissions; the form does not save a raw IP address in the brief.

Your requests

To ask about your data, correct a brief or request its deletion, send a privacy request using the same email address and include your brief reference. Identity may need to be verified before information is disclosed or changed. Project and billing records may need to be retained for applicable obligations.

Payments and references

Payment arrangements are agreed separately. Any payment-provider page has its own privacy terms. Share only files and images you are authorized to use.
